- 6 Apples
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Dark Confectionery Wafers
- 4 oz Rainbow™ White Confectionery Wafers
Directions
- Wash and dry apples. Cut into wedges.
- Melt Cocoa Dark wafers according to handling instructions.
- Using dipping fork or tongs, dip each apple slice into melted coating. Tap to smooth and remove excess.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill until firm, about 10 minutes.
- Melt White wafers according to handling instructions.
- Transfer white coating into piping bags.
- Pipe laces and stripes onto each apple wedge to resemble the lines of a football.
