Cinnamon Pecan Pretzels
Ingredients
- 12-16 oz Regular Pretzel Twists
- 24 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Lite® Confectionery Wafers
- Pecans, chopped
- Cinnamon
Directions
- Cover baking sheet with parchment paper and place pretzels, setting apart so they don’t touch.
- Melt Cocoa Lite® wafers according to handling instructions.
- Transfer to piping bag and fill pretzel openings.
- Immediately sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Gently sprinkle with cinnamon to garnish.
- Chill until firm, about 10 to 15 minutes.
