Cookie Cutter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Dark Confectionery Wafers
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
  • Holiday Cookie Cutters of your choice
  • Rainbow™ Red and Dark Green Confectionery Wafers, for decorating

Directions

  1. Place cookie cutters on baking sheet. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
  2. Melt Cocoa Dark wafers according to handling instructions.
  3. Add condensed milk. Stir until blended.
  4. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on medium power. Stir until fudge develops a sheen.
  5. Pour melted mixture into cutters to about 1/4” from top.
  6. Finely chop Red and Dark Green wafers.
  7. Sprinkle over candy in cutters, pressing down slightly.
  8. Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
