Ingredients
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Dark Confectionery Wafers
- 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated)
- Holiday Cookie Cutters of your choice
- Rainbow™ Red and Dark Green Confectionery Wafers, for decorating
Directions
- Place cookie cutters on baking sheet. Refrigerate until ready to fill.
- Melt Cocoa Dark wafers according to handling instructions.
- Add condensed milk. Stir until blended.
- Microwave 1 to 2 minutes on medium power. Stir until fudge develops a sheen.
- Pour melted mixture into cutters to about 1/4” from top.
- Finely chop Red and Dark Green wafers.
- Sprinkle over candy in cutters, pressing down slightly.
- Refrigerate until firm, about 20 minutes.
