Ingredients
- 12 oz each Rainbow Confectionery Wafers, assorted colors of your choice
- Sprinkles of your choice
- Ice Cream of your choice
- Sundae Toppings of your choice (Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, Cherries)
- Balloons
- Safety Pin or Needle
Directions
- Inflate a new clean balloon and tie it off.
- Melt confectionery wafers according to handling instructions.
- Place a dot of melted coating onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. This dot will serve as a base for the bowl, in order to keep it in place. Make sure to leave enough space between the dots to allow room for the balloons.
- Dip the balloon into the coating. Swirl it around a bit to completely coat the bottom of the balloon.
- Immediately add sprinkles if desired.
- Place the balloon, coating-side down, onto previously-made base on the baking sheet.
- Repeat process with other balloons until sheet is full. Let the balloons set for about 1 hour.
- Using a safety pin or needle, pop each balloon and remove from the bowl.
- Finish your bowls by scooping in ice cream. Top with desired toppings for the perfect sundae!
