Ingredients
- 40-50 Rainbow™ Pink or Blue Confectionery Wafers, depending on reveal
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 12 oz Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 30 second increments, stirring well in between.
- Add cream cheese to melted chocolate and blend well.
- Add flour and vanilla and stir into a thick dough consistency.
- Using about 1 tbsp of dough, flatten in your palm. Place 2 confectionery wafers (flat sides together) in the center and gently wrap the dough around the wafers until they are completely covered.
- Shape into cookie and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake cookies at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove warm cookies from baking sheet and place on parchment paper to cool. Decorate as desired.
