- Rainbow™ Cocoa Dark or Cocoa Lite® Confectionery Wafers
- Rainbow™ Confectionery Wafers of your choice, for drizzling
- Lollipop Sticks
Directions
- Melt Cocoa Dark/Cocoa Lite® wafers according to handling instructions.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Using a spoon, scoop melted mixture and place on paper, creating circular discs.
- Leave to set for about a minute and then place your lollipop stick into the chocolate making sure that it gets fully covered.
- For drizzled effect, melt contrasting color wafers according to handling instructions. Using a fork or your fingers, dip into the mixture and then drizzle back and forth over the lollipops.
- Serve the hot chocolate lollipops with a mug of warm milk. Simply add in the lollipop and stir until fully incorporated.
