Mini S’mores Snackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 package (14.4 oz) Graham Crackers, quartered
  • 1 cup Marshmallow Creme
  • 7 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Lite® Confectionery Wafers
  • 4 oz Rainbow™ White Confectionery Wafers, optional

Directions

  1. Place chocolate chips in a small bowl.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring whipping cream just to a boil.
  3. Pour over chocolate; stir with a whisk until smooth. Cool to room temperature or until mixture reaches a spreading consistency, about 10 minutes.
  4. Spread chocolate mixture over half of the graham crackers.
  5. Spread marshmallow creme over remaining graham crackers. Place over chocolate-covered crackers, pressing to adhere.
  6. Melt Cocoa Lite® according to handling instructions.
  7. Dip each s’more halfway into coating; allow excess to drip off.
  8. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; let stand until coating has set.
  9. If desired, drizzle with melted White wafers. Let stand until
  10. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
