Ingredients
- 1 box Brownie Mix
- Eggs, Oil and Water, as called for on brownie mix box
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Cocoa Dark or Cocoa Lite® Confectionery Wafers
- Powdered Sugar, for topping
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Prepare a 9”x9” pan with baking spray.
- Mix brownie mix and box recommended ingredients in large mixing bowl. Stir well until combined.
- Add in the confectionery wafers and continue stirring. The batter will be very thick.
- Spread evenly into baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Using a sifter, sprinkle the powdered sugar over brownies for snow-like effect.
