St Patty’s Mini Milkshakes

Ingredients

  • Silicone Shot Glass Mold
  • 12 oz Rainbow™ Superwhite Confectionery Wafers
  • 12 oz Rainbow™ Dark Green Confectionery Wafers
  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Pure Peppermint Extract

Directions

  1. Melt Superwhite and Dark Green wafers according to handling instructions.
  2. Spoon into each mold cavity, alternating colors. Once full, use a toothpick to swirl the colors together.
  3. Place in the refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
  4. Once firm, gently press mold to release truffles.
  5. For milkshakes, blend ice cream, extract, and liqueur (optional) in blender until smooth and well combined.
  6. Divide mixture evenly among glasses.
  7. Top with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles as desired. Serve immediately.
