St Patty’s Mini Milkshakes
Ingredients
- Silicone Shot Glass Mold
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Superwhite Confectionery Wafers
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Dark Green Confectionery Wafers
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/2 tsp Pure Peppermint Extract
Directions
- Melt Superwhite and Dark Green wafers according to handling instructions.
- Spoon into each mold cavity, alternating colors. Once full, use a toothpick to swirl the colors together.
- Place in the refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.
- Once firm, gently press mold to release truffles.
- For milkshakes, blend ice cream, extract, and liqueur (optional) in blender until smooth and well combined.
- Divide mixture evenly among glasses.
- Top with whipped cream and decorate with sprinkles as desired. Serve immediately.
