Sunflower Candy Cups

Ingredients

  • Whipped Ganache
  • 12 oz Rainbow™ Yellow Confectionery Wafers
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Mini Baking Cups

Directions

  1. Prepare whipped ganache. Set aside.
  2. Melt confectionery wafers according to handling instructions.
  3. Open mini baking cups and flatten slightly.
  4. Place melted wafers in decorating bag. Pipe on bottom and half way up the sides of baking cup.
  5. Immediately use brush to spread melted coating further up the sides of cup to form petals.
  6. Chill until firm for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Once firm, carefully peel mini baking cups from confectionery cup.
  8. Pipe whipped ganache into sunflower cup.
  9. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
  10. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
