Ingredients
- Whipped Ganache
- 12 oz Rainbow™ Yellow Confectionery Wafers
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Mini Baking Cups
Directions
- Prepare whipped ganache. Set aside.
- Melt confectionery wafers according to handling instructions.
- Open mini baking cups and flatten slightly.
- Place melted wafers in decorating bag. Pipe on bottom and half way up the sides of baking cup.
- Immediately use brush to spread melted coating further up the sides of cup to form petals.
- Chill until firm for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Once firm, carefully peel mini baking cups from confectionery cup.
- Pipe whipped ganache into sunflower cup.
- Decorate with chocolate sprinkles.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
